URGENT: Effect of graduating late on internship/ FT offer??

I am an incoming 2022 SA at a BB and I'm thinking about graduating a semester late since I'm double majoring (total 4.5 years), otherwise I would have to take >20 credits each semester which seems unreasonable to me. On the original internship application, I put a Spring 2023 grad date. How do you think the bank would take this news and should I even tell them before the internship?
