U.S. Trust?

I go to a top 30 non target bschool so I don't expect anything in the way of IB, PE, VC etc. after graduation. I have an opportunity to possibly work for Charles Schwab Co, but I don't really know anything about the company. Does anyone know if they have something close to IB there? I did see that they had a PE analyst position within U.S. Trust (a subsid) which would be great experience...So does anyone know anything about CS Co or US Trust, or any jobs I could do within the companies to gain experience before MBA?

Thanks SB
