Hey everyone,
I was wondering if I could get some advice prior to my upcoming final round interview at a boutique venture lending firm.
It's been a few years since I've done any debt underwriting - let alone any detailed structuring of new loans, loan modifications, or loan restructures. Any advice for shaking off the cobwebs? Any suggested reading to nail down the quantitative details?
