Very General Question - Please Advise

A quick intro - I go to a non-target top 40 university with a double in econ & finance and a 3.33 GPA. I'm a rising junior and do not have an finance internship this summer but am working in a healthcare firm.

I've started taking my post-grad future more seriously and would love some advice on how move forward.

I definitely want to work in NYC after graduation and am not sure which field to work in within finance as well. Obviously i'd like an internship at GS next summer but i understand where i stand currently.

Let me know if there is anything other info i should provide

My job this summer allows me to use my headphones so i have 6+ hours a day that i can use to listen to podcasts, lectures etc. so any recommendations for that would be awesome.

Thank you guys in advance

As cliché and overdone as it is, you need to network. Reach out to people on LinkedIn, alumni from your school and general professionals in the field. I know there are a few Healthcare boutique shops, so that might be a good start.
