Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program Superday 12/7/2016
Hello everyone, I just had a superday with Wells Fargo for their Financial Analyst Program on Wednesday (December 7th, 2016) in Bakersfield, CA. Before the Superday, I had a 30 minute phone interview with them, where about 2 weeks later they emailed me on coming to the Superday which would be 3 weeks later, asking me my preferences of location in the same email. Before I was able to attend the Superday, I had to apply on the Wells Fargo career site, where the position would be open for one day. After that process and on the day of the interview, I ended up driving there, which they offered to reimburse me for gas which was nice since it was about a 2 hour drive from where I am located.
Here was how my interview process went that day:
1st: VP + SVP Two people interviewed me for this one and basically just asked behavioral questions.
2nd: VP It was a 1-on-1 Interview and there were no technical questions at all.
3rd: VP Same as the second one.
4th: Regional Branch Manager I was only asked 1 technical question, it was about the three financial statements.
After all of the interviews which lasted about 30 mins each with questions at the end, I had about an hour to complete a case study, which basically entails a scenario that a financial analyst would do on a daily basis.
I am wondering if anybody else from this forum went there as well. In general, does anybody know how long it will take for them to give us a response on whether or not we got in?
Note: I applied through a campus recruiter if anybody is wondering.
Just curious, how long was each interview?
Each interview was 30 minutes long (timed), they generally had about 25 mins to ask you questions and left the last 5 minutes for you if you had any questions
