I'm an incoming Corporate Banking analyst at a Big 5 Canadian bank. In my case, CB is housed under IB. Will this help me interact more with the IB team and make the transitions easier? What type of desks should I be looking to be more involved in to increase my chances? I'm also going to be interning at a Big 4 M&A advisory position prior to starting CB full-time. Would appreciate any thoughts based on your guys' experiences.
