What are my chances of breaking into IB (Toronto/Calgary/Montreal)?

Hey, if anyone could help me out here, it would be lovely.

I just finished my U1 (second year) at a target university in Canada with a 3.6 GPA, majoring in Accounting and doing a concertation in Finance. I am going through the current recruitment cycle for SA 22, but so far no interviews from BBs that have opened apps (still waiting for big 5 to open their apps). I have a bunch of finance related extracurriculars on my CV, and am also doing an accounting internship this summer.

I networked with roughly 40 professionals and some of them told me they would push my resume (doubt it but who knows).

So, my question is: realistically, do I have a shot at landing an IB SA 22 internship in any of the cities mentioned above?

P.S.: I am also interested in pursuing a career in accounting at Big4. So, should I focus my efforts on that considering my situation?
