What are the decent ways to show that I'm good at OFFICE series?

Having seen a lot of guys putting an emphasize on the decent skills on Microsoft Office Series(especially Excel), I wonder if there is any certificate or other way to prove my skills on it. I've heard that there is a certificate on Office series from Microsoft called MOS, but haven't heard that any of guy who succeeded to get into the Wall Street had tried getting it, and put it in his resume.
Is there any other certificate that I don't know?
Or, any good idea to put it in my resume?
