What are the logistics behind Superdays? How many interviewees per hiring manager? Do hiring managers discuss with each other?
I know each interviewer will speak with anywhere between 3-6 hiring managers, but how many interviewees are each hiring manager interviewing? And from that number, how many are they looking to hire? Is it just to fill one analyst position, or multiple?
Do the hiring managers get together after the Superday interviews to discuss each interviewee, and whether or not they would like to hire them?
Also, if you are the top pick for multiple hiring managers, will you get multiple offers, and then be able to select from the divisions, or can you only get one offer?
