Would 6 years post big 4 sound about right? Maybe 2.5 in banking (till you hit associate) then 3.5 as experienced hire in mid level company in relevant sector (50-100m revenue) then finally make jump to start up?
Realistic? Same or different expectations if in Singapore? Opinions on importance of mba at some point (perhaps after banking and pre first corporate job?
