What do I do if my interviewer doesn't pick up?
Title says it all. I called my interviewer at the scheduled time and he didn't pick up. Do I hang up and call back later? Leave a message? What's your advice?

Normally interviewers call you or provide a conference line. Or it is a Zoom call or some HR software or Webex.
No this is different. I cold emailed for an internship and the founder explicitly told me to call him at a given time.
