What else should I be doing for IB recruiting?
Hello everybody I am a 1st year @ T50 non-target hoping for IB SA 2028. I feel pretty good so far, as I have landed a PWM internship for the start of this coming summer, am interviewing for fall internships, and have joined my school's top finance/consulting club. At this point, I am wondering what else I should be doing? I've looked at successful alumni from my school, and I see many mentions of professional programs like the GS Virtual Insight Series. Are these programs any help for recruitment? I probably will do them, but should I just prepare for networking next fall?
