What is a good BB group to lateral to? Current one kinda blows
For context, I'm at a BB in FIG. The group kinda sucks as there is zero mentorship, lots of angry seniors, zero teaching, and lots of yelling. Is this just common in investment banking? Or is there a group out there where people are interested in teaching and mentoring? Willing to jump to any group so long as the culture is great. Let me know your recommendations when you get the chance. Thanks in advance.
