For context, I'm at a BB in FIG. The group kinda sucks as there is zero mentorship, lots of angry seniors, zero teaching, and lots of yelling. Is this just common in investment banking? Or is there a group out there where people are interested in teaching and mentoring? Willing to jump to any group so long as the culture is great.
