What is a Treasury Solutions Officer?

What does a VP Treasury Solutions Officer do? What's that position mean? Is interning for that position good? better than PWM? I met someone at my internship who is a VP Treasury Solutions Officer at BAML and told me to pass on my resume..yet I have no idea what their position is or what kind of job this is. Any insight will help.

i THINK (and I may be wrong on this one), Treasury Solutions may be Bank of America's Treasury/Cash Management Outsourcing division.

Corporations can have millions/billions of cash in bank accounts to meet their cash flow needs. While some of the larger companies have dedicated treasury departments that manage this cash in-house, I know that many outsource the cash management function to firms like BAML.

I don't know anything about the specific internship, but given the absolute crap quality of PWM internships (no offense, I did one myself as an undergrad) this may be a better option.
