What is the highest paying job that works 40 - 60 hours / week?

I'm a 3rd year analyst in IB looking to start a startup. Have a couple potential co-founders lined up and some great ideas. However, it's pretty much impossible to work on this while working in IB because of the time commitment / randomness of hours + the OBA disclosure requirements from FINRA.  Looking to start a new job this year after bonus where I can make the most amount of cash while working the least amount of hours, so I can spend my time building my startup. I'm assuming this is something in strategic finance, but any other ideas? I care 0% about the nature of the work as I've already realized the finance / big corporate life isn't for me. I just want to work low enough hours to work on my business while maximizing my paycheck. Credit maybe?

Tech per hour is probably the best. The lifestyle can be very chill if you're able to stay on top of your deliverables. Worked in that space this past summer and didn't work in tech pre-MBA. The space definitely lives up to the hype especially if you're at a company where you like the products / services they're offering. Some of my deliverables were very interesting to me and didn't really feel like work.

I wasn't in strategic finance but mostly on the operations side. I still got to dabble with strategic planning and doing a basic financial model to help evaluate two possible investment decisions within the department.

The highest paying jobs per hour if we're talking about any career - easily medical specialists / surgeons.
