What is the most realistic career path for an undergrad at a non-target?

I am a Junior from a non-target private university, who is double majoring in finance and accounting. I interned for a broker/dealer my sophomore year and am currently an intern for an endowment who solely invests in private equity. My GPA is 3.5 and I am an analyst for our school's Student Investment Funds which manages almost 2 million. There are people from my school who have broken into IB (at a bank not HQ'd on wall street) and other prestigious finance jobs. What is my most realistic career path? Are there career paths that target schoolers tend to look over that are still lucrative?
