phone interview? probably 8 to 1
As a class of 2014 grad, 15 applications:11 phone interviews, mostly due to great fraternity network 11 phone interviews:10 invitations for in-person interviews 6 in person interviews:4 offers (withdrew from 5 companies before in person interviews + one situation where I skipped phone interviews and went from application straight to superday)
