What kind of a job can a management information systems degree get me at GS, PwC, KPMG, or E&Y??

1-What job position or title can I get at one of the big fours with my degree?
2-If I could get a job there, what would they want to see on my resume?
Thank you all in advance!

The big 4 should have some IT work for you. But mis isnt a great major. There r posts about mis which shows why mis isnt a great major.

If you want to find the "perfect match" role for your degree, you can consider Information System Assurance. In PwC the role is called " Risk Control Solution", in E&Y it's called "ITRA".

In PwC it's part of their Risk Assurance practice. Information Technology & Project assurance is one of the larger sub branches as it is mostly consultative in nature.

First tip since you're new, don't ask 87 questions in your first post....people usually just ignore it. Ask more concentrated open-ended questions that will get you a good answer.

If you're going where the money is good then that's an idiotic way to see things. You'll truly regret just "going where the money it"...and people just don't say that too sound wise, it is very true. If you can't decide between the two then you need to spend more time trying to figure it out. As far as the MBA is concerned, I don't think either majors will matter much directly but will indirectly; MBA admissions are holistic in nature for the most part so many things make up a good application but your first job out of college will be a major factor. Make sure you choose a major that will lead you to a career you can truly find to be fulfilling.

Unless you have a deep rooted goal in life that would be achieved through CIS specifically, there’s no point in taking CIS. A person with a major in computer science and minor in business analytics has a better chance in getting hired into the big 4 or any tech company. Also Before jumping into planning your MBA first see if you really like CIS/Finance by majoring in your best choice and minoring in the other. I would recommend finance as a major and cis as a minor (my opinion)
