What Kind of Internship Should I Look For?

Okay, so I am fairly new to this whole finance and banking club, but I've done enough research where I have narrowed down my interests a bit...and by a bit I mean there are still like 4-5 fields I am interested in (think S&T, PWM, IB, Research)...but I obviously feel that experience is the best way to learn if you like something or not...therefore, what kind of intern should I look for this summer? Are there like broad financial internships? I am a sophomore at a target school with a good gpa but not much experience besides a lame internship, so I am feeling a bit rushed at the moment...thanks.
