What should I do? - I think I did well on my interview

So I had an interview yesterday for an internship opportunity. This interview was a result of a cold call. I believe the interview went very well. I answered all the technical questions, fit questions and felt like I did well on the excel test I took.

The interview lasted about 3.5 hours. I met with two associates, two vice presidents and an MD. Right before the interview was done, I wanted to go check in with the associate (who is in charge of recruiting)to see what the next step in the process was. At that moment, she was on a call so I decided not to interrupt and left. I did however, ask the VP who greated me out, what the next step in the process was. He was rushed and just answered "the associate will likely talk to everyone to see what the next step will be."

My question is: Since I did not talk to the Associate who called me in for an interview, should I give her a call or an email to see what I should expect moving forward? or should I wait until Monday to call/email her? Thanks in advance.
