What should I message my recruiter before my superday invite.
Hi, I was able to get the LinkedIn connection and email address of the recruiter of my target program at my target firm. In an info session they said "If you haven't been rejected so far, that means you can expect to get a superday invite".
I'm not rejected yet, so I'm anticipating a superday invite, but I still feel the need to message the recruiter and make a connection to try to stand out, but I don't know what to message them about, what should I talk about to stand out? I could do an informational interview, but I pretty much know about the superday process.
How about something like this:
Hello Ms.[Last Name], Thank you for connecting with me. I'm a student of Name University. I have applied for the Software Engineering Program-Full time. As I'm preparing for my superday interviews, I was wondering if you could give any advice to me?
Or what else can I do possibly do?
