What to do if someone that you networked with recommends to speak to another person but they never respond?
Had some networking calls with analysts and they recommend some alumni in their group (give me emails) to reach out to for me to learn more about the group/culture.
However, whenever I email that recommended person, I never get a response back even though I state in the Subject line "Recomendation to Chat with you from X person / X School Sophomore Interested in X Firm.
Any tips or should I just follow up weekly and see what happens?
