What to do when someone CCs a banker?
You have a good networking call with a banker and send a thank-you afterward. They respond and CC another banker who they think you should speak with. What’s the proper etiquette from there? Do you reply all and address both people, thank the original banker separately and then email the new person on the same thread, or start a separate email with the new banker?
You reply to the new banker and bcc the old one - say “Thank you, [old banker] (bcc)”.
