Current sophomore recruiting for SA IB and was wondering what do I say when networking with school alum/other people at banks? Do I message school alum through Linkedln, do I try to schedule an informational interview - just what does the process look like? I just hear "networking" thrown around a lot and not really sure what it consists of for an undergrad recruiting for SA.
