What Would Full-Time Recruiting Look Like? - SA at EB Regional Office.

Title sums it up. Curious to hear what FT recruiting for NYC IB would look like/how difficult it would be to break in/if it would be looked upon unfavorably approaching as a SA at a top regional EB group.

Also - is there any way to do this with no risk, or would it be impossible to recruit without forgoing a FT offer at my current spot?

Any thoughts/answers are appreciated.
