What’s more difficult: the internship process or the post undergrad job itself?
Maintaining a high GPA, networking, applying, preparing for interviews, getting hired, converting to FT vs doing the actual job?
For me it was the internship process but I don't work in IBD and I've heard the opposite. Seen some people in IBD with very chill internships get absolutely slammed after joining FT.
