Whats the difference between someone who has 2 years of repetitive experience and someone who has 4 years? (Same job)
I am browsing through job postings and some jobs requires 2 years of experience and some require 4 years. I don't understand the difference between someone working at the same job for 2 years and someone working at the same job for 4 years. Whats the difference?
Why do some employers want someone who has been doing the same thing over and over and over and over for 4 years than someone who has been doing the same thing over and over for 2 years? How does the 4 years of repetitive experience make someone unqualified if they only have 2 years?
