When do Boutiques give Internship offers?
I have been looking at applying for Internships at some bulges along with some boutiques for next summer. Do boutiques give Internship offers a year ahead of the summer like boutiques do? Thank you very much for your time.
Most boutiques wait 'til right before summer to extend offers. They usually don't know what their hiring needs will be for the summer since they're typically small shops. I'd be surprised if any boutique outside the EB's gave offers a year in advance
