When do firms ask for transcript?
When does a BB ask for a transcript for SA? Curious in seeing when I need to submit my current GPA. Would appreciate any advice?

I’ve usually seen transcript requests after an offer is given as part of a conditional background check though I think that’s more common when going from IB to PE.
I can’t recall exactly, but I don’t believe my bank asked me for my Transcript until I was being onboarded as a FT and Im pretty sure that was again in context of a background check.
I know for a fact a buddy of mine never got asked for a Transcript for both his junior and sophomore summers at two different BBs. No request during the full time process either.
I honestly think it’s hazy for me to remember getting asked by my BB for a transcript because it probably didn’t happen haha
