I’m dying, anxious and a nervous wreck but seeing as on cycle PE recruiting for summer 2022 hasn’t even STARTED yet, I have 0 peace of mind. When can I start just lagging off and coasting a bit as a second year... I want to do it starting September when I officially become a second year (lol) but what have others done?
