When to reach out after a Superday?

Hi, I had a superday at a BB last week on Thursday and received an update email yesterday saying that they are still working on making final decisions. I originally was planning to reach out to HR today asking approximate timeline and reiterating my interest in the role, however, now that I received an update yesterday when would be a good time to reach out to HR? I don't want to be pushy but also I want to make sure that they feel like I'm interested in the role. In addition, I was informed that I would hear back in 2-3 weeks initially during the superday, and the only emails that I sent after the superday were thank you emails on the same day. I would appreciate any advice.
