This is so confusing. Where can I find a list of all available sophomore summer programs/dates? All these banks using different softwares is so confusing. Does anyone have any insight on the timeline/availability of these programs? Are all of these diversity? Do you need to network for these?

Your sophomore internships will come from connections. Period. Cold calling, networking, maybe your dad knows someone.
Look for the local funds and IB shops, and look at the network. Most times there are people who went to your school who are there, and if not then just like reach out. And remember, no one is good enough to not take an unpaid internship until they have stuff on their resume.
they probably want info on brand name banks/funds. the no name shops/small funds are for your freshman year, not sophomore

Only way you are gonna end up at a brand name fund as a sophomore is if you're diversity or your daddy is the head of TPG. Have realistic expectations for yourself. The important thing is that you have marketable experiences as a sophomore. If you can get a brand name, great! But most cases that is improbable.
Sophomore summer is a shitshow. I had to submit more applications and go through more interviews for my sophomore summer than I did for Junior summer
