Where to from here?

Few months into a FT position as an Analyst/Trader for a small Energy Hedging firm but have always wanted to break into true IB/S&T or Quant trading (have had some minor experience at a tiny quant HF). I have an offer to join on as an Auditor at B4 as well currently due to my concurrent accounting background. What is my best path of action here? Continue in this role and see where it leads through energy to possible commodities desks or join B4, grind audit and try break into Corp Fi/IB further down the road?

I never had outstanding grades/extracurriculars for BBIB type positions but made the passion for trading known to land this position and performing well.

Really confused as I feel boxed into a niche right now despite being passionate about commodities.
