Which job offer is the best?

Have 4 job offers. Trying to decide which route is best, obviously have pros and cons but just on a high level what people think is best to keep options open and best career opportunities moving forward as still young.

1 and 2) Private Funds Group, two offers one from a BB and one a very successful boutique in the space 3) PE role, but it’s pretty specialized firm 4) Private Placements within ECM at a BB

Assume culture and pay and all equal

Looking for best opportunities for long term career, considering I’m not entirely sure what I want to do in future just yet (currently a 2nd year analyst)
