I have been offered a commercial credit analyst position (summer) with TD, as well as a portfolio management analyst position at DREAM (Canadian reit). I also have an interview next week at Deloitte for internal audit.
Lets say I get an offer Deloitte as well. Which would you advise I accept and why? Keep in mind I have my mind set on doing ib in third year summer.

Commercial Credit or portfolio management. Don't go down the internal audit route, you will get pigeon holed.
What about choosing between those two? I know TD is the far bigger name, but the work I would be doing in the portfolio management analyst role would be a lot more substantial (a bunch of modelling, working with office/commerical lease tenants potentially as well)
