Who is still Recruiting for FT 2015?

Hi everyone,

I understand that most of the larger firms are done with their recruiting process, and I was wondering who, if anyone, is still in there recruiting stage for full time analyst positions. I'm mainly looking into equity research, trading and IB. I go to a target school and have a good GPA with a finance background. I've gotten a few interviews and have been networking my ass off but haven't secured anything yet. Any advice? Or know anyone still in the recruiting process?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I disagree. You might be right with IBD at big firms, but I’m interning at a large MM IB in ER, and none of the ER or S&T FT recruiting is done on any sort of cycle. Same with S&T. They may hire interns at the end of their internship, and there might be times where there are generally more openings, but the hiring is done entirely on an as-needed basis from my understanding. Put more simply, they don’t hire people to start the next summer like IBD does, they hire whenever a position is open.
