When you apply for a summer internship in IBD at a BB, is your resume (at the stage when deciding whom to call for a phone interview) read by an HR person? Or is it read by a banker?

it really depends from my experience
ive had sub contracted HR companies look at my resume, but at JP morgan it was a HR personelle then an associate banker. Ive also had analyst and an MD look at my resume when i applied to an MM IB.
what are your intentions in asking this question?
