Why are these recruitment agencies so useless?

They schedule a meeting with you, they tell you they have a few nice openings and then they try to shove in some lame ass BO opening that nobody wants (and they give it some cool name like "Equity Derivatives Analyst")... when you tell them that you don't want this role and that you didn't study in the past few years to do this job, they say that you don't have a chance to find a "good job" because you just graduated and you don't have any post graduation experience...

Fking losers...

There are a few good ones that were able to find some nice front office interviews for me, but most of them are scumbags...

Yep, I know... and that's what I do... just thought to try these agencies as well

which agencies are worth looking into? I am starting my job search this month and hoping to land some interviews

Good positions at entry levels don't need to go through recruiters because it's very easy for companies to find strong applicants without them.
