Why does HR ask where you accepted another offer from, salary, etc.
This has happened a few times since I accepted my FT offer this week. After letting other firms know, I got responses like "what firm did you accept at?" or "would you be willing to share salary/location of the offer?"
Anyone know why they do this? Seems maybe like just curiosity but maybe it's useful for them internally.
