Will Banks rescind SA offer if I fail drug test ?
Has anyone gotten their offer revoked for failing a drug test? I start in 3 weeks and still haven’t been drug tested even though my offer letter says I will be drug tested. Will I get tested once I get to the office or should I not worry anymore ? I already completed Background check. I’m just worried about THC (will be in NY)

They won’t test you in-office if it’s a reputable bank. I’d recommend quick fix if you get a date/time for a drug test.

The common sense some of these interns have (or lack thereof) is fucking mind numbing.
Seems arbitrary to be dinged for consuming a substance that is:
1) Legal
2) Proven to be less damaging than tobacco and cigarettes
I’m not trying to be apologetic, just that It’s a lifestyle I choose to follow, and I shouldn’t be dinged for it even though I can operate at full capacity and choose to do it in my own time outside of work
you're trying to justify usage like I said I cared. If a drug test was in the offer letter you signed, I'd bank on taking one. Why take the risk? You're going to be posting another thread on how corrupt banks are when you get canned for failing the drug test you refused to attempt to pass lol.
I agree with the guy above. It's not about it being legal or not, moral or not, harmful or not - you received an offer saying you would be tested....
Now if you wanna risk your job for the sake of a joint, it's up to you, no one but you will end up crying in the end.
