Will I get my offer rescinded for low GPA
My GPA is getting shot this semester and might dip down to a 3.1 from a 3.5. If this happens will my offer get rescinded?

This is unlikely, so long as you did not lie at any point in the recruitment process. If they ask what happened, be upfront and tell them. This might be hard but could possibly win you bonus points in their eyes especially if it's a tough story.
I think you have not much to be scared about. Just make sure you perform well in your internship, and they will be pleased.
