Recruiting for a lateral spot and I just competed two rounds. Should I network with other bankers in the group to hear about their experiences/develop more connections or should I just wait to hear back regarding next round and not talk to anyone else?
I was thinking that it would show a demonstrated interest but I don't want to be too pushy.
