Would I qualify for Summer Analyst positions at BBs and EBs?

I will graduate from my university next year (with a non-finance related degree) and was planning to enroll in a secondary bachelor's degree at another university to pursue a finance major. If I graduate from undergrad already but am now pursuing a secondary bachelor's degree, would I be eligible for Summer Analyst positions at BBs and EBs?

Thanks!
