WSO Job Board/Following Up

Hey everyone,

I'm still looking for a summer internship, and I saw a sales/trading internship, but as we all know, you need to subscribe to actually apply. Is it worth the 30 dollars just to apply to one internship or is there any way I could figure out the bank myself? (//www.wallstreetoasis.com/jobs/salestrading-internship-prominent-investme… for your convenience)

Also, I recently applied to an internship via LinkedIn and the recruiting coordinator emailed me the next day asking me to send my resume directly to her and encouraging me to follow up. How should I go about following up? Sorry if that seems like a stupid question, it's just too late in the recruitment game to make gaffes.
