wtf credit suisse??

so i was selected for an interview with CS alternative investments in London (SA) and they called me a bunch of times to try and set up a video conference interview at my school since I'm in the US.

They were really bad at responding to emails and kept on trying to schedule it last-minute with my university, which of course didn't work out well since they needed more time. As a result of their bad communication with my uni, the interview had to be postponed 2 times and they ended up calling me to let me know they decided not to hire at all...

obviously that wasn't my fault and I did my best to make it work but HR ppl were annoyingly slow and unorganized so this ended up going on for over a month and resulted in a lot of frustration and waste of time.

has anyone been in a similar situation? is there anything that can be done at this point? any input is appreciated
