No unless you pull out a gun and threaten them you're fine. Interview nerves are very common. Just get some more reps - even if it's putting your friends on a zoom call to ask you similar questions in a Hirevue-like setting

no. i applied to an internship in non-IBD my sophomore year and MS HR dinged me for reading my answers off of a word doc (they could tell with my eye movement and then the alumni in the group called me to tell me why they dinged me).
i'm now in IBD at MS having interned my junior year.
i know how you feel because stuff like this would bug me and i always see questions like "will XYZ blacklist me." there are no such blacklists in the industry like you're thinking. just don't email the CEO asking for an internship (and even then it probably would just get ignored).
