Young professional looking to relocate from the US

Hey Yall,

I am yearning for some international experience (I would probably live there for 2-5 years ideally). I have aspirations to be a Portfolio Manager working in the alternative space one day. I currently reside just outside Washington DC. I have done a little bit of homework for places that are tax friendly and most livable i.e Singapore and Peru. Does anyone have any recommendations on places? The downside is that I only speak English with 3 years of Latin( high school) under my belt. Feel free to chip in with any thoughts
