Zoom Vs Phone Call for networking?
Currently preparing for recruiting and wanted to know, is it better to have networking calls/coffee chats over zoom or over the phone?

Pros and cons to both. I find I prefer phone calls so I can pace around the room like a maniac. However, there is something to be said about actually seeing the persons face.
among us we do networking calls via teams (both personal/office) or zoom. anonymous calls via discord, if someone wants that.

Yes. Some of my fellow WSO users connect with me on Discord for a confidential call. It is networking, but an anonymous variant. I have "known" some of them for years.
Discord provides anonymity for discrete topics I often post about and allows for a more open discussion around them.
