Afternoon everyone! Freshman at Yale

Hello everyone!

My name is Ryley, and I'll be a freshman at Yale this fall. I plan to major in some combination of Economics and Computer Science (no stranger to Econ, but it'll be my first exposure to CS). As far as career goals, I'm planning to do consulting (hopefully at Bain) and I'm excited to focus on my work and studies like never before.

I'm from Wyoming, so I hadn't even heard of most consulting firms/Ibanks until I started researching this career field when I was a sophomore in high school. If you have any advice for a career in consulting or anything within finance, please tell me! I've always been better at listening than talking.
