Am I making a mistake
Recently I was accepted into Penn CAS off the wait list. I'm interested in pursuing a career in investment banking or consulting, but I had some questions regarding my opportunities at Penn. As a CAS student, will I get overshadowed by Wharton students when it comes to OCR or do CAS students have a good chance at being recruited for good internships and jobs? I am now choosing between Penn CAS and Duke Trinity, and I am leaning towards Penn, but I wanted your feedback on how my opportunities at Penn CAS student compare to my opportunities at Duke.
I've heard Penn CAS students have no issues getting top interviews. You will be far better off then you would be at duke just due to alumni network i would think.
bump
I go to Penn, and I know a good number of CAS kids who do well with OCR (on campus recruiting). If you work hard, get a good background in economics and math, join some investing clubs/consulting clubs, and try your best to stand out, it shouldn't be a problem.
